Go to the Engineering Library's Standards and Specification Website.

American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC)- provides access to the latest rules of safety for the design, fabrication, maintenance and inspection of boilers and pressure vessels, power producing machines (and associated subsystems), and nuclear power plant components.

To access and view the ASME BPVC table of contents once you are logged into IHS Standards Expert:

1. Click on the Go to ASME BPVC Table of Contents link under the Search button on the Search tab

2. Click on the Table of Contents tab.
