How Can I Get Books To The Pickle Research Campus

For items available on campus OR not owned by UT:

Place a book or article request using the ILS request forms
These items will also be sent to you either electronically or via campus mail in a blue book bag to your address on the Pickle Research Campus

For items currently not available in the UT catalog:

Place holds/recalls yourself using your UTEID in the catalog for those items that are currently not available.
When you receive notification that the title is available, forward the pick-up notice for a hold/recall to d-doc@lib.utexas.edu and include your UTEID.
ILS will retrieve the item from the library indicated in the notice and send it via campus mail to your PRC address.

Please NOTE: There is a one time registration process for patrons using ILS and it is IMPORTANT that PRC users specify within the User Information that their "Location Status" is Pickle Research.  Choose Pickle Research Campus as your location status if your position is located at the Pickle Research Campus and you have a mail stop in your PRC department. Please use your campus address in your ILS account, including your campus mail code.
